  Bad customer service. I had a gift card and a reward from my Athlete credit card. One associate said I could use it and a manager stepped in and said I couldn't use it. The associate and manger started arguing in front of me about the gift card and rewards and how I could't use both. Very uncomfortable for me and very unprofessional! I ended up not purchasing anything because it was such awkward situation I was put in. If this is the policy, which I understand, every sale associate needs to know that a head of time and not argue in front of the customer. I won't be back to the EDINA location.

  I looooved this store for years. Often go with my mom n friends. Recent months the store has gone downhill. Dealt with someone named Carla who was just...super foul. Mean and snobby and made some comment about my hair that was NOT appropriate. Asked to speak to her boss. She IS the boss. You don't need my money Athleta! Lulu calls! BUH-BYE!
