I replaced the drive and lo and behold it showed a predictive failure as well. Of course I freaked out. I contacted Calhoun via the chat on their website. Was told someone would contact me shortly. Katelynn emailed me and told me that a replacement was going out immediately. I received the replacement in SC before lunchtime. Turns out a firmware update and a swift punt of the server saw the original drive as good and am shipping the replacement back but I applaud that level of service these days . Definitely earned this 5 star rating and if I could give Katelynn one as well I would. Great service and they stand behind what they sell.
