  It is with great pleasure that we write this review. Two months ago we paid a contractor to puchase and install flooring. Shortly after that, our contractor was no longer on the job for us. He told us the flooring was paid for, and we just needed to work with Cheney Carpet Distributors to pick it up. We then learned that the flooring was not paid for. After meeting with John, Pete and Joey to problem solve, we were told not to worry....the flooring was ours. It didn't matter if they were paid; we would still get the flooring. We can't begin to thank Cheney enough for the peace of mind this brought to us. We were able to pick up our flooring and our new contractor installed it. Their kindness and generosity is something we will never forget. Their dedication to their customers is more than evident. We HIGHLY recommend Cheney Carpet Distributors. Joyce Spehar & Jill Pohtilla

  Great service, very friendly and seem busy (which is good). I shopped a lot on carpet and hardwood before finding Cheney carpet. Others couldn't seem to get the balance between service and pricing. Cheney was perfect. I had freedom to walk around without being bothered and when I needed help it was easily found. I wanted to see a sample of something they didn't have and a week later it was in. When I had a little doubt on whether to order it or not I was offered the option of bring it in. He was sure it would be easily sold if I didn't like it. While that particular option may be atypical for them I'm sure their level of service was not. I couldn't be happier with the service or product. While I worked with Joey, I'd feel comfortable working with any of them.
