  Great place. I've experienced fast, friendly service from both their rental and service departments for almost ten years now. Some of my non-technical clients, friends, and referrals have also expressed how helpful and patient EMI has been walking them through things. The same cannot be said for some other AV rentals in the Twin Cities.

  Good service! I been a customer since they where located in NE Mpls.. Till this day I go there once in a while to purchase equipment or rent what I need. Great People here Shout out to Donovan, Matt and Chris!!!
