  Picked up a Steelcase Gesture here after trying a couple chairs. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. My only real complaint was on the return policy (which I didn't need, for what it's worth) -- the manager said he could only do 2 days since it's been an issue in the past where people would buy chairs for a project and return them later in the month when it was over. That's a fair concern since chairs can't be sold as new after they've been opened, but I think 2 days is a little short. If any other stores sold Steelcase and had a better return policy (or hours outside of M-F, 8-4), I'd probably have gone there. But I managed to get one for 25% off MSRP through a special they were running (unfortunately for black only, but the savings was worth it) I'll certainly be checking it out again if I'm still in the area when I need another chair.
