  EDIT: The manager got in touch with me and resolved all my issues. Terrible customer service. I have been trying to return an item for over two weeks without success. I went to the store to return an item and none of the employees knew how to refund the credit card. I left a note for the manager. About a week later I called the store and left my contact information again. I still have not heard back from the store. You will be treated well if you want to purchase expensive menswear, at the time of purchase. Otherwise it is easier to deal with a customer service rep from an online retailer. Avoid.

  I managed to cover almost every square inch of this shop searching for a sweater and while all of the salespeople noticed me, not a single one offered assistance. Of note...I was the only customer in their shop. Some were seated; some were perusing their phones. Their loss. I won't be back; however, I will continue to share this experience.
