  Very poor customer service experience. They don't seem to care about you once they get your money. Horrible customer service. Go to a Jewelry store where they care about you.

  My experience with Jared is more indirect, being the recipient of an engagement ring (that was not ultimately purchased from a Jared location). My fiancé was recommended to you guys through a friend - this friend bought his engagement ring, wedding bands, and other gift items here. My fiancé came to your location to look for a diamond + band. He told the consultant that him and I live together, and that nothing from you guys should ever be mailed to the address he had to give in order to open a line of credit to have a diamond shipped to the store to look at it. You guys spoiled what was supposed to be one of the biggest surprises of my life by sending him mail twice, including a billing statement for the diamond he later asked to not be sent to the location (he found a diamond elsewhere he had since purchased since his visit here). Our aforementioned friend, my fiancé nor I will ever recommend you guys again.
