  Service is aloof. Easily 95% of the staff behave as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to be in their shop. It's effortless to stroll the entire vast conglomeration of their shops and not have anyone acknowledge you - seriously, not even look in your general direction. I recently stood at their main point of sale desk with an assortment of items - no one in front of me in the queue and really no one to be seen in the shop - and after 10 minutes passed, I took note of the websites listed on the items then walked home and ordered those same items directly from the manufacturer. The cost was less, including the shipping, and I got zero attitude from my computer or the web site.

  Service is unbeatable at this one-of-a-kind shop. Find everything you'd never need and have a blast doing it. Touch nice clothes and furniture and appreciate how well curated this establishment is. Best part: getting your haircut by the outstanding barber, Chris.
