  I was referred to Mohn by another dealer. When I stopped in on October 18 I was told by the counter person that I would have the bulb I needed for my bathroom cabinet in two weeks or less. At that time I happily prepaid for the order. Three weeks later I was in the neighborhood and stopped by only to find that the order had NEVER been placed. The same employee offered no explanation but did offer matter of factly to cancel the order. Having searched for weeks for a dealer who could even get this specific bulb from his supplier, I assented to keeping my request in. A day later I received a call that my order had been cancelled anyway! Why hadn't the staff verified availability when I prepaid for the order? Why wasn't I told outright that the supplier required a minimum order from the retailer that would hold my order up because that is what I suspected happened? Was my order then cancelled simply out of spite because I hadn't tried to conceal my irritation? There is no excuse for this kind of customer service. Let them keep the $12. It's not worth it to me to make a 3rd trip to a business that doesn't deliver the goods or the customer service.
