The man I spoke to hung up on someone while I was waiting, asked the other person to come up to help me, he never came. Then the first man got upset with me because I was trying to ask about online payments, he oh so kindly told me they don't do that even though I got the confirmation email saying I did soon after I left. Definitely staying away from here they're rude and don't seem to know what they're talking about.
