  I’m honestly not surprised for all the 1 star ratings but I’ve never had a BAD experience here but it’s an SA right by the airport so you can expect his location to see high use 24/7 and location is well used.

  If you need to buy just one or two items bring your own bag. If you ask for a bag Jose will either throw it at you, or slam the roll of plastic bags in front of you for you to peel it off by yourself or he will lecture you about needing a plastic bag for only 2 cans of pop and how harmful the bags are to to environment. If you want good customer service go to the next SA up the road.
