  I went to this location store and was ready to buy a phone but I was really turned off to the two salesmen who were in the store at the time. They didn't seem to want to help but it felt like they wanted to get me out of the store, even one of the employee's said "well just be aware that we close at 9pm" (it was 8:30 at the time). I don't think these two gentlemen have a customer centric mindset, so if I were you I would go elsewhere to buy a phone.

  This review is detailed to express how staff not having the correct information affected me. I chose to leave Tmobile because randomly my text messages would not send and I would miss messages from friends. I spent over a year troubleshooting with Tmobile support to figure out the problem. However, issues persisted so I decided to turn in my phone. I was informed originally that if I turn my phone in, pay my last bill, that I would be ok. The manger then tells me that I would owe $300 and had to pay it upfront. After telling him numerous times what customer support told me, he began to talk down to me and say I owed them $300 and that no payment options were available. Just last week, I received a debit refund card from Tmobile corporate. They credited me $300. Turns out, Tmobile owed me the difference on the phone, not the other way around. The manager at the NE Mpls location at the quarry caused me nothing but anxiety. I honestly hope corporate learns to train him better because he was not even adequately knowledgeable about my situation. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Tmobile as a whole is a good company but the manager at this store needs to be reevaluated. Unfortunately disappointed.
